Developed main KPIs for use by the Board of Directors of a major Greek metals industry and real estate development sector company.
Involved in the business requirements and I.T. master plan for a new ERP system for a leading sports goods retail chain. Drafted RFPs for the client for sending out to selected vendors.
Supported a leading Greek Communications group in entering the EU communications related projects market by identifying and acquiring a company in Brussels. Prepared a sector review of the Public Affairs/Lobbying industry in Brussels and identified acquisition targets, including preparation of their profiles and supported the client in the acquisition of a minimum 51% stake in one of the target companies.
Part of Kantor’s working team for various tenders for the selection of advisor for the implementation of projects (School’s buildings, University buildings etc.) through a Public Private Partnership.

Responsible for writing and publishing eGovernment related News & Events items. Contributed in writing the Feasibility Study for eGovO’s future Marketing & Communication plan.

Key achievements include the development of a new and innovative service to manage corporate critical risks. This unique Operational Risk Management (BASEL 2) methodology (STORM™ – Safety Treated Operational Risk Management), based on safety engineering and NASA technology, worth millions of pounds, was introduced in a new industry and sold to a new client; specifically was implemented in de-risking the migration of a major Financial Institution in the U.K.
STORM™ project: Part of team which implemented the successful delivery of this methodology to a large Financial Institution in the U.K, by de-risking its migration. That was fundamental towards BASEL 2 certification.
Part of the core team that examined the possible expansion of the parent company, Altran Group, in Eastern Europe and Middle East. The effort involves detailed market intelligence gathering, countries’ financial position evaluation, Moody’s Ratings, etc.
Active participation in business development/selling and market research across a number of industries. Generated leads and participated in high level sales meetings and industry days (e.g. Galileo Industry Day, Brussels, March 2003, The Economist Conference, Athens, Dec. 2003). Main industries involved included Financial Services – Banking, Shipping, Satellite and Nuclear.

Wholesale Banking Operations Retail Bank project: Part of team, which elicited and documented the business requirements for a replacement system that would log and record unpaid cheques and direct debits returned to the bank's wholesale division. The deliverable was a document that recorded the current situation and a set of derived business requirements for the replacement system. In more detail, the work involved: – eliciting and documenting the current processes and existing system functionality from the users; – eliciting and documenting any new requirements that would improve efficiency of existing business processes; – documenting the requirements as derived from the existing system.Contributed in the team which developed a new service line regarding Project & Programme Management and Management Support Services. Methodologies considered included PRINCE 2.
